SDA110 Fast Optical Detector
The SDA110 Fast Optical Detector Module is designed to detect transient optical signals down to 1ns duration. Various detector elements and filters are available for common laser line frequencies such as 1064nm Nd:YAG.
> Standard configuration includes a Silicon diode & photoconductive operation.
> Avalanche diode (APD) versions are available.
